Director of IPACS Igor Barcic is awarded with order The Sign of Honour

By the Decree of the President of Russian Federation № 525 of 28.10/2019 “On Decoration with State Awards of Russian Federation” director of IPACS RANEPA Igor Barcic is rewarded with order The Sign of Honour.

This order is rewarded for merits in scientific and educational activity, formation of cadres of high qualification, for long of honest efficient work.

The order The Sign of Honour is a state award of Russian Federation which is rewarded to citizens for high results in various kinds of social activity: administration, production, science, research, education, culture.
