Adrian Campbell is an expert in the field of leadership and Human Resources. For thirty years, the professor has conducted scientific research and provided advice in a number of sectors. His research interest is focused on the interaction between vertical and horizontal power structures, as well as in territorial (local) governance. In addition, the professor examines the relations between central, regional and local authorities in developing countries and countries with economies in transition.
