Russia and Cuba cooperation

On February 24 was held an online lecture for Cuban partners. Acting Director of the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Services prof. Ruslan Korchagin said about Digital competencies of a modern civil servant.

The lecture was organized by the Department for International Cooperation IPACS and the International Department of Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno.

The Cuban partners highly appreciated the lecture and thanked IPACS for an active participation in raising the level of Cuban civil servants qualifications as part of the Cuba digital transformation.

Colleagues from Escuela Superios de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno and IPACS management team agreed on further cooperation in the field of digital transformation.

At the end of the lecture parties agreed further activities to deepen mutual cooperation in various projects.
