Project participants` reviews.

Yegor Medin, a 1st year student in «State and municipal administration» of the Faculty of International Regional Studies and Regional Management:

«On November 17, I attended another lecture given to us by Professor Umberto Triulzi. In my opinion, the topic of the lecture is more than relevant in our time, because today we see that economic and political situations in countries around the world, especially in the European Union, are extremely unstable and change almost every day. Having read the article “Short History of European Integration since the 1970snlaci June 10”, as well as having read the material “A Short Guide to the EU” and of course, having listened carefully to the interesting facts from Professor Triulzi, we began to understand more deeply the economic and political issues of the European countries. Moreover, were able to ask Umberto Triulzi everything that concerns us, and got answers to all our questions. The lecture was very informative!».

Arina Zaretskaya, a 1st year student in «Foreign regional studies» of the Faculty of International Regional Studies and Regional Management:

«I would like to say a few words about the lecture with Professor Triulzi! Unfortunately, I could not attend the lecture in person. However, despite this, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the lecture by means of a recording sent to us by the organizers of the School. So, I learned a lot about the European Union and its structure! I also made a summary from the professor’s lecture: I’m forming my portfolio. I, as a person who does not often listen to materials on this topic from foreign speakers, was very interested in the informative lecture by the professor from Italy. Thank you «School for FAN» for this opportunity!».

Anna Churinova, a 2nd year student of the of the Institute of Industry Management of RANEPA in «Business, Culture and Languages of the European Countries»:

«The lecture was very informative for me! Especially interesting for me were the problems that the organization strives to solve. For example, I learned about the migration crisis. Accepting refugees into EU countries is only the tip of the iceberg; the next step is to integrate them into a society that is skeptical enough. The professor also clarified that not all members of the organization have an equal amount of budget, accordingly, there is no opportunity to contribute equally to the solution of problems. I was pleased that professor Triulzi has a positive attitude to the integration of Russia with its resources and the European Union, despite international tensions».
