The students of the French Catholique Institut de Vendée successfully passed the interview for the double degree program between RANEPA and ICES

The selection of students of the French Catholique Institut de Vendée for admission to the double degree program has been completed at IPACS within the framework of a bilateral partnership agreement between RANEPA and ICES.

Cooperation between the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service of the RANEPA and the Catholique Institut de Vendée in La Roche-sur-Yon began in 2015 during mutual speeches at the venues of events of educational organizations, as well as the negotiation process on the possibility of implementing double degree programs. In 2018, the first agreement with partners was signed. As part of the agreement, which provides the exchange of students in the formats of mobility programs, 16 outgoing trips and 15 incoming trips were implemented. Colleagues of the university regularly invite teachers of the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service of the RANEPA as lecturers for modules of disciplines on the geopolitics of Russia in online and offline formats.

The summer campus of the French language for students of the IPACS RANEPA operates annually on the territory of the main campus of La Roche-sur-Yon. Since 2021, there has been an announcement on the program of two diplomas for students in the direction “Foreign Regional Studies” of the IPACS RANEPA and the educational program of the master’s program in the field of study “International Relations” of the Catholique Institut de Vendée.

Karolina Sikirinskaya, Head of the International Cooperation Department of the IPACS and a colleague of the French University represented by Mathieu Grandperon, Head of the Political Science Program at the Faculty of Political Science and History, as well as David Torti, Student Outbound Mobility Coordinator for the Russia region.

This year, as a result of the interview, 11 candidates were selected, who will arrive at the Moscow campus of the RANEPA in September for training.
