Professors of the Department of Legal Regulation of Economy and Finance of IPACS participated in international seminar «Financial procedures in the countries of Central and East Europe»

On October 19 of 2018 at the faculty of Law of the University of Bielostok (Poland) the II International seminar «Financial procedures in the countries of Central and East Europe» took place. As it already became a tradition the Department of Legal Regulation of Economy and Finance of IPACS RANEPA participated in this seminar.

The report «Constitutional and legal regulation of the finance procedures in Russia» was presented by an associate professor, Candidate of Law Nikolayeva. Correspondence report «The search for optimum of material and processual regulation» was presented by the chief of the Department of Leegal regulation of Economy and Finance professor, Doctor of Law and Candidate of Economic Sciences Chernikova E.V.

The I International seminar for the study of similar problemstook place on November 16 of 2017 by initiative and on the ground of the Department of Legal Regulation of Economy and Finance of IPACS. The theme of this seminar was «The problems of codification of Law in Russia and Poland. The need and necessity».
