Classical Legal Education
We offer a full complex of fundamental legal disciplines, as well as options for deeper study of the most relevant social and governmental sciences. Our students undergo rigorous systemic education covering all fundamental areas of Russian law, as well as studying legal theory, logic and social and humanitarian disciplines.
An Outstanding Faculty
Our faculty include the Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation and founder of the Russian system of arbitration Courts, justices, renowned lawyers, leading academics, practitioners and experts in various disciplines of Russian law, international professors and practitioners, 15 PhD’s and 30 Candidates of Legal Sciences. We are very proud of our Teachers!

You will learn the nuances of the Russian court system as it functions in the event of corporate or other economic disputes, analyze theoretical and practical problems of modern arbitration and civil procedure and learn how to guide a case through trial.
Being a trial attorney is one of the most fascinating and rewarding branches of our profession. We welcome with open arms those students interested in becoming attorneys, prosecutors, judges and court officials!
Regulation of Federal and Municipal Management
Management skills have been and always will be in high demand, as long as human beings have administrative needs. The ability to competently manage resources and balance multiple projects, deadlines and human needs in the context of the modern world — these are skills as necessary for the beginner as they are for industry leaders. The ability to understand economics, law and the interaction between them is a core aspect of our program, as are as human resources and many other fascinating disciplines.
International Law, European Law, International Legal Procedure
Globalization requires an understanding of international relations and their creation, the interaction between varied legal orders and the functioning of the global marketplace. Being either in favor of or against such integration requires a deep comprehension of it, an ability to analyze its processes and their consequences and proposing functional solutions. In addition, this discipline — studying the varied national and international solutions to common human problems and applying them in the Russian context — is simply one of the most interesting and challenging available.
Civil Law, Family Law, International Private Law
Private law is such an integral part of our lives that we almost never notice that our daily interactions with our children, parents and even homes are all shaped by an overarching legal framework. One of the most challenging and creative branches of law deals with crafting solutions to practical human problems and working with the Supreme and Constitutional Courts of the Russian Federation, as well as municipal and arbitration courts. International law also takes on a special significance in this sphere as cultural and economic integration increasingly impacts the lives of real people and businesses.
Economic Regulation
Economic activity cannot exist without its legal framework, which maps and explains the rules of the road. Moreover, the work of all three branches of government directly influence the economy and are in great need of lawyers who understand the discipline in all its nuances — shaping economic regulation, ensuring its appropriate application both during its normal course and in the courts.

The Chair of the dissertation committee which oversees this topic is V.F. Yakovlev — the retired Chief Justice of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. Other members of the Committee include retired justices and leading experts in civil procedure.
Administrative Law and Procedure
This ambitious branch of the law involves solving theoretical and practical challenges inherent in the dialogue between government and private entities, and solving disputes between them.
