In the modern conditions implementation of control measures involves knowledge of the financial and legal aspects of the organization of state audit and control, taking into account specific tasks and activities profiles of economic entities and government approaches for assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of budget funds.

Program training is aimed at the development of special methods of state audit and control.

• training of special methods of analysis, diagnosis and assessment of the effectiveness of the use of public sector funds
• use of advanced foreign and domestic achievements in the field of state audit and control
• conducting applied research on the problems of functioning and development of state audit and control

Program graduates’ career:

• bodies of state and municipal financial control
• structural units of institutions and organizations specializing in control functions

• consulting companies

Key competencies of the graduate:

• supervision of a state (municipal) financial control body or audit organization
• supervision or support of the activities of the internal audit (control) service
• risk management and quality control in performance of audit tasks and provision of other services related to audit activities
• methodological support of audit activities

The program is developed on the basis of the requirements of professional standards approved by the Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia:
