STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

  • To establish a permanent platform for cross-country dialogue among young public administrators from BRICS+ countries

  • To enable Alliance participants to develop a pool of socially significant projects addressing current issues of BRICS+ cooperation in public and municipal administration, based on the principles of synergy and ready for practical implementation

  • To create a network of institutional partnerships by deepening cooperation with leading educational institutions, youth associations, unions, and public authorities across BRICS+ countries

  • To integrate Alliance alumni into the professional community of BRICS+ countries

  • To foster a sustainable image of Russia as a center of attraction for young leaders and experts from all BRICS+ countries
