The content of the major 12.00.14 “Administrative law; administrative process” is

  • theoretical and applied research of the subject, methods, sources and system of administrative law;
  • historical and legal analysis of the science of administrative law, forms and methods of public administration;
  • study of the administrative-legal status of subjects of administrative-legal relations, the system of bodies and other subjects endowed with administrative and power powers, issues of public service;
  • study of administrative and legal forms and methods of activity of executive authorities and other subjects endowed with administrative and power powers, etc.
