“InterClub” IPACS RANEPA teambuilding
“InterClub” is an international student club with a creative international team, created to popularize the international activities of IPACS, aimed at strengthening international cooperation between youth communities; development of international competencies and intercultural communication skills; deepening linguistic skills; involvement of Institute students in international life.
On September 28th, the International Student Club “InterClub” of IPACS RANEPA held an event for new club members. The Chairman of IPACS InterClub and the block mentors prepared a variety of games for student unity and active interaction. Club members tried themselves as event organizers, prepared and defended small projects. During the event, students were able to learn about the specifics of the activities of each block and plans for the next academic year.

The mentor of the organizational block, Alina Voronchikhina, a 2nd year student in the program “Management of International Projects and Programs” IPACS RANEPA, shared her impressions of the event:
“It was nice to see so many guys interested in the activities of our club! As a mentor of the organizational block, I could observe the work of my team and how they completed the task of planning an event. And I want to say that my colleagues did an excellent job: they considered the smallest details, showing initiative and attentiveness to all aspects of organizational activity.”
Sonya Shalenkova, 1st year student in the program “Management of International Projects and Programs” IPACS RANEPA noted:
“HURRAY! I’m at InterClub! We delved deeply into the tasks of each block, and honestly, I wanted to jump into everything at once and play my part there! We played a game to get to know the guys and future colleagues better. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. I met wonderful mentors who are open to communication and support my every idea! Everything was organized, beautiful and pleasant. I’m very glad that I became a member of the club.”
Irina Skazkapodateleva, 1st year master’s student in the program “International Communications” IPACS RANEPA:
“At the first meeting with the guys from IPACS there was a positive and cheerful atmosphere. Our new mentors provided us with a program that was not only entertaining, but also productive. During the meeting, everyone got to know each other and learned more about what we had to do. We are already waiting for the next training camp so we can start working!”
We are confident that this year “Interclub” participants will be able to acquire new international competencies, gain new knowledge and skills in the international sphere!
