On May 20, 2021, within the framework of the Annual International Conference session program: «Public Administration and Development of Russia: Designing the Future» (May 17–21, 2021), Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service (IPACS) RANEPA. The section was held on the topic: «The impact of macroeconomic indicators on the creation of centers technologies transfer: education and business». Section moderators were Tatyana Panova, professor of Economic Sciences, Dean of the Faculty for International and Regional Research, Caroline Sikirinskaya, Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department.
The section was opened by Vadim Medvedev, Director of the Department for Innovation and Advanced Research (Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation). The Italian colleague Ernesto Ferlenghi speech was caused a lively discussion, co-chair of the Italian-Russian Forum-Dialogue for Civil Societies, who spoke about the global trends in the centers functioning and the possibilities of interaction with Italian partners. At the end of the presentation, Mr. Ferlenghi thanked the event organizers and assured his positive attitude towards joint projects within the framework of the Italian-Russian Forum-Dialogue and Russian-Italian center IPACS.
As a result of the event, the moderators invited all experts to participate in the working group on the creation of the Educational International Center for Technology Transfer IPACS.
