“Day of Culture, Cinema and Sports” together with the IPACS RANEPA International Student Club “InterClub”
On October 14th, the IPACS RANEPA international student club “InterClub” held a yoga class for club members, and everyone interested as part of regular events dedicated to the “Day of Culture, Cinema and Sports.” The host of the event was a 4th year student in the program “Regional Politics and Regional Management”, Karina Litovskikh.
The yoga class moderator prepared an extensive program that was suitable for participants of any level of training. While performing various exercises, students could listen to a specially prepared list of musical performances. At the end of the lesson, the participants shared their impressions of the work done, and the chairman of the international student club, Anastasia Belyakova, announced further events dedicated to the “Day of Culture, Cinema and Sports”.
Sofia Kulacheva first year student in the program “Management of international projects and program” noted: “Yoga was unforgettable. The event was led by an instructor who was very attentive, helped correct mistakes and always monitored the technique. The selected playlist helped to immerse myself in the atmosphere and concentrate on the lesson. I am glad that such events are held with an international student club, as there were foreign students present who could be communicated with after yoga. I look forward to the next classes.”
