On November 29 Acting Director of IPACS RANEPA, Head of the Department of Informatics and Applied Mathematics Ruslan Korchagin, spoke on the “Cuban Week” of IPACS RANEPA.

Ruslan Korchagin held a lecture about e-government and the experience of the Russian Federation.

He touched upon the topical issues of state development in the digital era and discussed such important concepts as automation and digital transformation. In addition, the participants of the event were able to get acquainted with the experience of state administration automation through the retrospective of the national history.

An important aspect of the lecture was a detailed study of the regulatory framework using specific examples of domestic electronic services.

At the end of the lecture Korchagin suggested organise a separate meeting for expert advice on the operation of e-government for Cuban colleagues.
