The Cuban Week closing ceremony took place on 3d December at the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service RANEPA

During the ceremony Acting Director of IPACS RANEPA Ruslan Korchagin, in his opening speech thanked the participants of the series of workshops on digital transformation and expressed his hope for successful further cooperation.

Mercedes Delgado Fernández, rector of the Higher School of State and Government Cadres, also thanked IPACS colleagues for well good organisation and noted the high level of professionalism in the preparation to such a large-scale online event! Professor Delgado highlighted that the projects between two educational organisations will actively develop in the future.

Karolina Sikirinskaya, head of the International Cooperation Department of IPACS RANEPA, head of the InterClub also made a greeting speech.

She expressed her gratitude to colleagues for the active interaction and constant communication, and also said that the Institute is pleased to support other joint initiatives, aimed at joint interaction in science, culture and education! 

After welcoming speech all participants were awarded with personal certificates confirming their participation in the programme “Digital Transformation for the State”.

At the end of the event, the International Department and InterClub students were presented a video congratulation for Cuban partners where speakers of the week share they experience about the week and about digital environment in today’s world.
